When you find a defect in the item and want to replace or retrieve it, make sure that the item is in the same condition as it was before the purchase, in order to have justice in commercial deals.
في حال شاب السلعة عيب أو خلل أو كانت غير مطابقة للمواصفات المعتمدة قانوناً أو للغرض الذي تم التعاقد من أجله، فإنه يحق للمستهلك إرجاع أو استبدال السلعة خلال 15 يوم من تاريخ الشراء
If the product purchased has a manufacturing defect or was not in conformity with the specifications approved or contracted for, the consumer has the right to return or replace the item within 15 days from the date of purchase
